Build the foundations of Muay Thai

Work on stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, elbows and defense. Connect these skills through combinations and pad work, with clinch fundamentals and conditioning suited to your level. Sparring and advanced partner work are introduced only when appropriate.

Each session follows a practical progression, adjusted to your experience and what you need to work on.

    Prepare your movement with a warm-up and shadow boxing.

Your corner of Medellín

Your instructor comes to you. Meet in a park, an open-air gym or another mutually agreed training location in Medellín, Colombia. There is no permanent Medellin Muay Thai gym; agree on the location when booking. Rates may vary with travel distance.

Equipment

What should you bring to your private Muay Thai session?

Bring water, a mouth guard (for sparring), and your own Muay Thai gear like hand wraps, boxing gloves, and shin pads (if you have it). I can provide hand wraps, gloves, and shin guards to borrow upon request. I bring all the gear required for the session, including Thai boxing pads for pad work.

Questions before your first session

Do I need experience to start Muay Thai?

No. Start with stance, movement and basic technique, at a pace adapted to you.

Do I need my own gloves?

No. Hand wraps, gloves, shin guards and Thai pads are provided for beginners. Bring water. As you progress into sparring, plan to buy your own personal equipment.

Where do the sessions take place?

In parks, open-air gyms or another location agreed with your instructor in Medellín. Your instructor travels to you; rates may vary by travel distance.

Can two people train together?

Yes. Choose 2-on-1 training with a friend or partner. Confirm the price for your format and location when booking.

Is private training suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Individual attention allows the techniques, pace and difficulty to match your starting point.

Do you offer sparring?

Controlled sparring and clinching are introduced only when appropriate for your experience. They are not a requirement for your first session.
